Refund policy
14-day money-back guarantee
- You can have a full refund of any Postling licence within 14 days of buying it. This applies to Postling, Household, Teams and founding licences.
- The same applies to renewing updates: a full refund within 14 days of renewing.
- For a Teams licence, you can have the whole order refunded within 14 days, or just the seats you no longer need.
- You don't need to give a reason, though we'd be grateful to hear what didn't work for you.
How to ask for a refund
- Email hello@postling.app from the address you bought with, and include your order number or licence ID. Your licence ID starts with L- and is shown in Postling under Settings → Licence. You can also ask Paddle, our reseller, using the link in your receipt.
- Refunds are paid by Paddle to the card or account you paid with. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
- Please contact us before asking your bank for a chargeback. A refund from us is quicker for you.
What happens to Postling after a refund
- We cancel the licence key. Postling stops sorting the next time it checks for updates.
- Nothing is deleted. Your settings stay on your Mac, and your email and Postling's labels stay in Gmail. If you buy again later, you can carry on where you left off.
- For a renewal, we cancel only the renewal: your licence keeps the versions it already covered.
After 14 days
If Postling doesn't work as described, isn't of satisfactory quality or isn't fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 at any time. We'll fix it or, if we can't, give you some or all of your money back. Tell us at hello@postling.app.
Your legal right to cancel
UK and EU consumer law gives you 14 days to cancel most online purchases. For digital content such as Postling, that right ends once you start downloading or using it, if you agreed to that when you bought. Our 14-day guarantee gives you the same time, and applies even after you have started using Postling.
Trial and beta
The 14-day trial and the beta are free, so there's nothing to refund. When a trial or beta ends, Postling simply pauses until you add a licence.
